Haiku on dreams

Monday Greetings everyone! I had a really wonderful weekend. It was all thanks to wonderful blogger community. Today, I am writing a haiku on one word prompt DREAMS. One of my favorite fact about dreams is that even animals dream. Isn't it fascinating? Haiku on waves

Saturday Motivation. Today, I found out that Kristjaan Panneman at CARPE DIEM HAIKU KAI has started a new feature. He will be introducing some unknown Haiku poets in the history. I think it is a wonderful initiative. I am looking forward to upcoming posts to really gain some knowledge in haiku poetry and history. Haiku on weather

Friday is here! The weather is slightly cold since it is raining in my part of the world. It has been just a few days without the rains and it has started again.  Weather is really unpredictable these days. The October heat is ruling the afternoons and rains in the evening.  This odd weather is my theme for haiku of the day -  Always uncertain, moody Weather never tells... next moves in advance! Today my garden will be more happy...drenched...a surprise visit by rain! :) I wish everyone a very happy weekend. Please do share your encounters with this moody weather. I am back! Why am I announcing this?  My last blog post was a haiku ( rain ) published in September. It was a month ago.  The reason I am announcing my presence is to bring your notice that -  "I did not publish anything for last 30 days or more." Here is my account of all the things that went right/ wrong in the past month (just in terms of blogging!) Daily Blogging:  Last month, I decided to post one blog post every day. I was very sure of doing this because I had a theme planned as a challenge for myself. Daily Haiku:  Haiku writing was something I discovered accidentally while surfing blog world. I thought this micro poetry writing was exciting. It was also challenging to express the ideas in few words and three-line 5-7-5 syllable formats. How did I do?
