Today , the one word prompt for my Haiku is 'Branch'.
Here, I am using the meaning related to plants. The part of the plant which grows from the trunk is a branch.
The Haiku I have written is in 5-7-5 format.
Upwards and sideways
Branches searching for sun rays
Cast a long shadow
